In order to maintain the qualities, aromas, flavors and colors of the wines, a treatment that is not "forced" but delicate is necessary.



The product is not subjected to pressures or high temperatures. Alcohol is extracted by evaporation, facilitated by inert gases and temperatures below 40/45 degrees depending on the body of the wine.



The product obtained with this treatment does not exceed 0.6 - 0.8 alcohol.



With the extraction of alcohol there are losses in sugar content that are balanced after treatment.



We have subjected the product to several tests. In particular we tested the wine produced for a period of four months. We put an open bottle in the fridge for that period and a core of experts tasted the product at regular intervals that confirmed the integrity and quality of the wine.
